Terms of Use

Using the site

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to read the site and buy products for your own use. You may not copy the site for commercial use, scrape it, interfere with its security, submit unlawful content, or use it to send spam.

Reading is open to everyone. Buying requires legal capacity to contract under Spanish law, or a parent or guardian acting for you.

Products and content

We publish literary content and sell handmade crochet pieces. Colors and textures on screen may differ from the piece you receive. Descriptions and prices can change, and a piece may sell out before payment is confirmed.

Stories and reviews are editorial content. They are not professional, medical, or legal advice.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in euros at checkout, together with shipping, before you pay. We currently ship only to Spain. Shipping is a flat 5 euros, and free on orders over 25 euros, unless the checkout shows otherwise.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the information is incomplete, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund the amount charged.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Email issatintaypunto@gmail.com with your order details before the period ends. We will confirm the return address.

You must send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return shipping, unless the item is defective or not as described. We refund the price paid, including standard outbound shipping if you withdraw from the whole order, within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof that you sent them.

This right does not apply to pieces made to your specifications or clearly personalized, as allowed by Article 103 of the Spanish Consumer Act.

Intellectual property

Texts, illustrations, designs, photographs, logos, and the selection of content are owned by IssaTintaYPunto or used with permission. You may share a link. You may not reproduce, adapt, or sell the content without prior written consent, except for private copies the law allows.

Messages you send us

If you contact us or submit a story, you confirm you have the right to send that material. We will not publish a submission unless we agree that with you separately. You keep your copyright. You give us permission to store and review the message so we can answer you.

Liability

We work to keep the site available and the product information accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that a screen will match a handmade piece exactly.

We do not exclude liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any non-waivable consumer right. For other claims, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the order in question, or, if there was no order, to the extent Spanish law allows a limitation.

Third-party services

Checkout uses Stripe. The site may link to Instagram, Vinted, or other sites we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave issatintaypunto.com.

Accessibility

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The current status, known limits, and how to report a barrier are in the accessibility statement.

Changes and law

We may update these terms by posting a new version and changing the date above. The version in force when you order applies to that order.

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
